Upon request, AB Estate Management will conduct a weekly property walkthrough on behalf of absentee or vacationing owners for additional peace of mind. This may include:
- Inspection of all home systems such as security, AV, HVAC and plumbing.
- Check all windows and doors to ensure that the home is locked and secure.
- Collection of mail, packages or other deliveries.
- Weekly email update on status of your home and specifics of inspection.
- Communication via email and/or phone regarding any issues of concern, with photos and detailed description.
